Experience
I tutored other students throughout high school and my undergraduate college degree in math, science, spanish, and music. I love to help generate the spark of learning and make it click for people! I have seen my share of good and bad teachers and want to spread the love of learning. I understand the need for learning to be adapted to a student's own style and am familiar with tailoring my teaching towards those with visual, auditory, or kinesthetic preferences. High school SAT: 2180, ACT: 31, GPA 4.28

Hobbies
While mechanical engineering is my daily bread and butter, I am an avid musician (french horn) with the university symphony and chamber groups, and have been a competitive athlete all my life. I know the challenge of balancing school with other interests, but it can be done! I ran cross country and track all through high school placing among the top in the state as a distance runner. I chose to pursue mechanical engineering because it provides an avenue to be creative with technical skills, as I work towards design work of dynamic systems for the betterment of all who use them!
